Our DPIs are designed for investors who either want steady monthly income or prefer to reinvest the interest to compound monthly for a higher APY. As the investor, you'll have the freedom to choose from monthly, quarterly, or annual interest payments, or to compound the interest for the whole term. (Note: early withdrawal penalty is equal to two months' interest.)

Platinum Debt Purchase Investment
This option is ideal for the investor who does not require monthly income and would like to capitalize on a unique investment strategy. These investments offer a nice alternative to investors who want to include this product in their retirement account portfolio through a self-directed IRA or 401k. (For more information, click here.)
As part of this investment opportunity, we offer a fixed rate of return, in addition to a share of any windfall profits from our purchases of property tax liens and tax deeds. In exchange, you agree to a one year lock-out on an early withdrawal, as well as annual or end-of-term interest payouts. Tax liens and tax deeds are a great way to hedge against stock market fluctuations. On average, the collateral we purchase has a minimum 30 to 1 value over the cost of our investment. In addition, the principal value of your investment never decreases and you have a fixed rate of return, as well as an opportunity to share in windfall profits. (Note: early withdrawal penalty is equal to three months' interest.)
The returns from these DPIs are compounded monthly, resulting in an even higher rate of APY. In addition, investors in this program share between 45% of the profits when we have to foreclose on a property. Depending on the location, we foreclose on 2% to 4% of the liens we own. Whenever there is a windfall profit from a foreclosure, all non-retirement accounts will be eligible for an immediate payout. (Please ask an Account Manager for complete details.)
