Account Manager Commercial Equity Partners Ltd has an immediate opening within our Investment Division for our new Western office. Majority of client interaction is conducted via phone and e-mail with limited paperwork and travel.
We are seeking candidates who are confident, polished, and aggressive to sell our unique tax lien business model to small to medium size investors. We will be looking for strong candidates who possesses the following:
* Comprehensive understanding of the sales process – from the cold call to the close.
* An understanding of capital markets is not a requirement but a definite asset, particularly those who possess knowledge of various investment products and/or an understanding of the institutional asset management space.
* An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, and an unlimited drive to succeed is essential.
* Calling a large number of targeted leads (company supplies databases) to determine needs and qualifications to work with our firm.
* An honest representative our company, who will not only work for the benefit of our company but also the benefit of the potential customer.
* Constantly increasing skills and job knowledge by participating in company training sessions; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
* Recent college graduates with appropriate credentials may also be considered.
