Our primary expertise lies in the areas of property acquisition, commercial mortgage notes, and the purchase of property tax liens. Our History
Well before the launch of our company, our founders had a vision of building a thriving financial firm that catered to smaller investors. In 2006, we began as a small, limited partnership made up of two financial professionals with diverse finance and real estate backgrounds. Since then, we have steadily grown into a productive firm with considerable opportunity for expansion. Since our initial capital of $1,000,000 in 2006, we've grown our assets to an impressive $36,000,000 in just three years. In 2008, we took our business to the next level by entering into a formal corporate structure in the state of Delaware.
